Children aged above 12 will be charged at the regular adult rates. It is mandatory for all guests to carry a valid identification card for verification purposes. Transportation to and from the tour destinations is included in the tour price for all guests. We kindly request that guests carry their booking id number with them to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Booking and Confirmation
In order to secure a spot for the tour, all bookings must be made online and require an online payment. On-the-spot bookings will not be considered or accepted.

Cancellation Policies
Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. If cancellation is made fewer than 24 hours in advance, no refunds will be given.
